OUR LIGHTHOUSE ADVENTURES COME TO AN END

We will be leaving the Oregon Coast on Sunday Nov. 1st. We have had a wonderful time here and have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. This has been a good healing process for me. We have signed up for next year and will work Aug, Sept and Oct. We will miss it here but are looking forward to moving on. The Oregon Coast is a beautiful place to visit and this area (Bandon) we recommend to our RV friends. Bullard State Park is great, very clean (thanks to us hosts), has full hook ups and plenty of thing to do (that are close by). We wanted to go and visit Chinook Bend (out side of Lincoln City)while we were here but it was too far for us to go on our days off and still get back here to work.

Our next stop will be Cherry Valley CA. This is where Steve's parents live. We'll be there 2 weeks. On the 9th I will fly to Spokane for my Check up and will be there 5 days. I'm scheduled for a cat scan and bone density test and my general 6 months check up. While I'm there Tiffany and Joey are taking me to see Lion King. While I'm in Spokane Steve will hang out with his parents and take care of the mutts.

After Cherry Valley we will head to the Phoenix area to spend Thanksgiving. I have a daughter, son and 5 grand kids that live there and haven't seen in over a year. I also have cousins there that I haven't seen in lots of years. I want to see my cousin Jay who has been fighting cancer all this year. It will really be good to see everyone. My big mission is to take my mother's ashes into the Pinal Mountains (if the weather cooperates), to be with her brother.

After Phx. will head for the Parker AZ area and stay along the river for a couple of months. We'll be there during Christmas and have Christmas with our friends from Tucson and Steve's Parents. More later......

Well I will miss you two...I really wanted the opportunity to give you both the biggest of hugs..and the pure understanding that i know you to have...has been a blessing to me..your thank yous and well wishes..I was gonna head out to chinook bend and stay if you had made it here for a visit..would have given me the opportunity to visit with Kevin too...On the 16th of August we released Kevin's ashes in the river just were he wanted...Was the most beautiful day out and the river was so calm..like it knew he was coming home...very peaceful and spiritual...but a day he had wished for himself..The days are much harder than i ever thought they would be...so be blessed...and love one another..cause it is truly what gets you thru life..the love you feel, cause it stays with you, it really does...I have blessed in my life having met wonderful people such as yourselves, and Kevin..so i know to never take anything or one for granted...so thank you for being part of my journey and sharing yours with us...Lisa
